Photo shows the inside of an underground detention vault.  This structure is designed to store and release stormwater at a controlled rate.  An inspection showed a build up of sediment within the vault.  Additionally, a trash rack was specified at the orifice flow control however was missing.  Maintenance and repairs were found to be needed.
